Most people think our story began in high school, but it really started with a Camaro. When Johnathan’s parents went to see Todd Jackson at Capital Chevrolet, they had no idea that the photo on his desk—of his daughter, Madeline—was the very same girl Johnathan had recently mentioned was pretty. Marta, doing what moms do best, couldn’t resist pointing this out to Todd. Naturally, Todd didn’t quite catch the full meaning and, when passing the message along to Madeline, left out a few very important details. A few days later, Madeline decided she had waited long enough (a full three days) for Johnathan to reach out. On March 1, 2023, she took a chance and sent the first DM she would ever send to a man. Thankfully, the rest is history.
