They added each other as friends on Facebook and when Johnathan's birthday came up Alyssa's friend convinced her to message him happy birthday. They hit it off instantly and a month of talking later they decided to meet up since Alyssa had just gotten her first car. Alyssa lied about going with a friend and her mom to Wakonda State Park to hang out and instead went just with her friend to meet Johnathan (I know.. I know.. that could've gone WAY wrong). But without them taking that chance, they wouldn't be together now! 5 years, 2 dogs, 1 apartment, 2 houses, and 2 kids later... the rest is history!
