We got married in a very intimate ceremony (just the two of us) that was officiated on a picturesque beach at Bluff Point State Park in Groton, CT. We celebrated afterwards with a lunch picnic under a tree at Harkness Memorial State Park and enjoyed an incredibly memorable day together surrounded by peaceful blue waters, and calming waves crashing against a rocky beach. We missed our friends and family, but have plans for more celebration! In May 2022, prior to the wedding, we performed a small Nepalese engagement celebration with Sweyta's family and are planning to celebrate with John's family in Saint Louis in August. We will continue to celebrate in 2023, and we plan to bring together our two families with a small Nepalese wedding ceremony in Spring. Feel free to reach out to us with your wishes and love :)
