Question

Are kids allowed?

Answer

While we love your little ones, our wedding will be 21+ ONLY. The only exception to this are the kids taking part in the wedding ceremony itself. We hope that you enjoy a night off to celebrate with us!

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

If your invitation is addressed with “& guest”, you are more than welcome to bring a “plus one”, otherwise, invitations are only for those whose names listed.

What is the dresscode?

Answer

Our dress code will be golf course casual. Please do not wear white or jeans.

Question

Where are the ceremony and reception taking place?

Answer

The ceremony will be held outside on the lawn and the reception will be held inside the clubhouse.

Can I take photos/videos during the ceremony?

Answer

We kindly ask that all guests keep phones put away during the ceremony. During the reception. you will be able to take all the photos and videos you’d like. There will also be a QR code at each table that you will be able upload to share & view photos from throughout the day.

Will there be parking?

Answer

Yes, there is parking and it is free!

What will the weather be like this time of year?

Answer

With our ceremony being outdoors in the desert in the spring, we can never really predict how the weather is going to be. It could be really nice, it could be very hot, it could be windy, or we could even have spring showers. We have a plan in place for whatever Mother Nature throws our way, so please check those weather apps & dress accordingly.

Is there a room block booked for guests?

Answer

There will not be a room block for this event. Across the street from the venue is Rampart Hotel and Casino as well as the Suncoast Hotel and Casino. There are also several Air-B-N-B’s in the area (John & I will be staying at the Suncoast Hotel and Casion).

When should I RSVP?

Answer

Plesae RSVP as soon as possible, but no later than March 1st.

What time should I arrive to the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will begin at 5:00 pm. Guests are allowed to start arriving at the venue at 4:30 pm.

Answer

If you have any food allergies and/or dietary restrictions, please either contact the bride or include it with your RSVP.
