Mandap Muhurat & Haldi

9:00 am - 2:00 pm

Guests are welcome to wear shades of pink, yellow, and light green for the ceremony.

Mandap Mahurat, also known as Mangal Mahurat, is a ritual where both the bride and groom seek blessings from Mother Earth before setting up the mandap. Traditionally, a decorative wooden stick, Manek Stambh, is inserted into the ground as part of this ceremony. The Haldi and Mehndi Ceremonies are vibrant pre-wedding traditions filled with love and celebration. During Haldi, turmeric paste is applied to the bride and groom for good luck, beauty, and blessings, while family and friends gather with music and joy. The Mehndi Ceremony features intricate henna designs on the bride, with guests also invited to get their own Mehndi at artist booths. These lively events mark a meaningful start to the wedding festivities, brimming with warmth and togetherness. Lunch will be served at Noon.
