Our dress code is cocktail attire. We would recommend wearing comfortable shoes because there is a bit of a walk across Twin Lakes to get the the Forest Chapel, as well as to Camp High Sierra. For the women, we recommend wearing block heels or wedges, as you will have to walk on some dirt.
We are asking that you please RSVP by August 1 so that we can have an accurate headcount.
The best way to get to and from the welcome party is the Mammoth Trolley! You can check their website (https://www.estransit.com/routes-schedule/mammoth-lakes/mammoth-town-trolley/) for where they have stops. If you are staying in the village, it is walking distance!
Yes, transportation will be provided via shuttle from the hotels. Shuttles will depart from Juniper Springs and The Village Lodge at 3:30PM. There is very limited parking at the venue, so please plan on taking the provided shuttle. If you are not staying at either hotel, please plan on parking at either of them to hop on the shuttle! The shuttles will drive us back to Juniper Springs at 4:30PM, where there will be a short walk to Camp High Sierra. Pick-up from Camp High Sierra will begin at 9PM and will run until after the reception is over. They will drop off at Juniper Springs and The Village Lodge (these are smaller busses, so they will pick-up right outside of Camp High Sierra!).
There is very limited parking available at both the ceremony and reception venues. We ask that you please take the shuttle provided, or let us know if you need to drive so that we can be aware of how many cars there will be!
Absolutely! We plan on going back to The Village to keep the party going at Lakanuki!
