When is the RSVP deadline?

Please complete your RSVP submission no later than August 10th, 2026. If you cannot attend, please note that on your RSVP.

Can I bring a guest?

Answer

If your invitation says "and Guest," then yes! If not, we are only able to accommodate those listed on your invitation.

Do you have a wedding registry?

Answer

In lieu of traditional gifts, John and Sarah have set up a Honeymoon Fund that you can donate to through the Registry tab. Alternatively, guests can bring donations to the reception in person.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The processional will begin right at 2:00PM so please plan to arrive a little early to ensure you and your party are seated before then.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Dress code will be Cocktail Attire.

Will the event be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Weather permitting, the ceremony will be outdoors in a grassy area. This space is just a few paces from the indoor reception location.

Is there parking for the ceremony/reception?

Answer

The venue has 60 parking spaces available. Overflow parking on Hickory Street is permitted by the City of Hesston. Please do not park on any grassy areas in the Arboretum or in the parking lot of the Hickory Homes Retirement Community.

Will alcohol be served at the reception?

Answer

No, the Arboretum is a completely dry venue so no alcohol is permitted on the premises. We will have water, soda, and a lemonade bar with various syrups available for guests!

Will there be any vegan, vegetarian, gluten-free or special diet options available?

Answer

There will be a section on the RSVP for you to note any allergies or requests. We will do our best to accommodate those who need it.
