Yes there is, toilet and showers are located in the Campdraft area. Which is where the designated camp ground will be.
This country wedding is camping friendly! However, we are so grateful of people who can travel to make the day. Thus we have made a rent-a-glamping-tent option available for the weekend! It will be set up from Friday-Monday and is $440/tent fitting from 2-6 people/tent. Please confirm if you would like to rent a tent for the weekend in the RSVP section ASAP as there are limited tents available xx There is also accommodation in Collinsville if you do not want to camp, however it is a 45 minute drive from the property.
There is food for everybody at this event!
5th of July please
Your presence is present enough, but we have had a lot of questions about gifts and we will be having a wishing well but please do not feel obliged to give us anything. We are just so happy if you can make it!
Children are very welcome! Please message either Sarah or John about plus ones before the RSVP date, otherwise they are not welcome. We cannot accommodate too many more people than what is outlined on the invitation, so please let us know ASAP if you are hoping to bring someone extra.
A chill day until 4pm, which is when the official stuff starts, then 4:30pm-ish is when the party starts! There will be an itinerary available on the day.
Outdoors!
Either Mackay/Proserpine Airport
No, just something nice :)
It's at the end of winter, but we in Queensland baby so she's probably going to be warm. However, there may be a little chill at night, so best to pack for anything.
Yes, for beer and wine. BYO spirits please
There will be food and drinks provided for the wedding. There will also be a cold room at the camp grounds with some food and basic drinks available to help yourself too. Anything specific is BYO, for instance all spirits for the weekend is BYO. We will provide some beer and wine to help yourself to over the weekend too, but we suggest maybe bringing some along with you as well. xx
Something smart casual/cocktail for the wedding, but the rest of the weekend will be casual.
Unfortunately, we do not have power at the camp grounds. There will be a generator at the getting ready area for the wedding day (for hair equipment, etc.). There will also be lanterns and lighting in the glamping tents, for people who hire them.
Telstra phone service is generally okay, still a little patchy. Unsure for other providers sorry!
