We met while working lunch duty at my school, but didn't think much of it at the time. We quickly realized how much we enjoyed spending time together. Before I knew it, he asked me on our first date to see "Wicked" on Broadway and have dinner. The rest is history!

We planned a trip to drive (with our dog Leo) to visit my sisters in Tennessee for Easter. My sisters had planned a day trip to a beautiful winery called "Arrington Vineyards." On our way to go enjoy the live band that was playing in the barn, John stopped on the walking path, grabbed my hand, and asked me to marry him. In that moment I was SPEECHLESS! Saying "YES" was the easiest decision I have ever made. After, we walked into the barn, my sisters and John had a table decorated to celebrate our special moment. And if things couldn't seem to get any better, Connor (my brother in law) asked the band if he could sing us a song on stage. A moment we will remember for a lifetime! We're so excited to celebrate this next chapter in our lives with you.
