We're getting married!

John and Rebecca met on Bumble 5 years ago, and neither thought much of it at the time. A few weeks later, John asked her to the Blue Light for a street dance in Lubbock. They finished the night off at IHOP (Becca's favorite restaurant at the time) around 2 AM with omelets & pancakes. On October 5, 2024, in Branson Missouri, John asked Rebecca to marry him, making it the easiest "yes" she's ever given. Over the last 6 months, Rebecca has excitedly planned every detail of what she knows will be the best day of her life - marrying the man of her dreams! John's patience, gentleness, and consistency in the way he has continued to pursue and choose her over the last five years has shown Rebecca a love she once didn't believe existed. Rebecca's love for life and her excitement about the little things are two of John's favorite things about his bride-to-be. In his own words, "She has one of the biggest hearts I've ever seen, and I can't believe I get to marry this beautiful woman.
