No. On your RSVP, each guest is allowed a plus one IF they ask first so that the guest list can be recounted. Please do not invite outside of the specified number because we are only allowed 100 people to include us, the bridal party, and our outside vendors. You may contact Rachel to see if maybe you can have a +1 accommodated, but there is no guarantee. The list is tight, so please do not. If you bring a guest that is not on the guest list, you will both be asked to leave and escorted out.
This might hurt some feelings, but it is OUR day and we are fronting the costs. In addition, we are only allowed 100 guests and our guest list is tight. No, it is not 100% child-free, as we have children in our wedding party, but you need to take a few factors into consideration: There will be a cash bar, so there will be alcohol. There will be adult themes at play in the reception, such as music and entertainment that is not appropriate for young children. We want this to be a fun day for everybody involved. At best, this is probably what one would consider a PG-13 event. While we would prefer that the guest list consist of mostly adults, we understand it is difficult for some people to find childcare. Older children are fine (10 and over), however, we ask that you please leave your little ones at home unless they are in the wedding. Please specify when you RSVP. We ARE NOT responsible for any adult humor, themes, or shenanigans that your child/children may witness. We also ask that if you are bringing young children that you are able to keep them under control and have them be respectful of us, and of the other guests. So, do not expect us to hold back on what we want in order to cater to you.

Yes, but it will be a cash bar with a bartender. Bring money if you want to drink.
We will have a buffet-style with many types of foods. We are working with the venue on gluten-free options and allergy alerts. Please let us know if you have a food allergy so we can help avoid it.

Absolutely! You must let Rachel know before August 1st though. If you do not, we can't guarantee you a room. This lodge accommodates people besides the wedding guests.
