What time should I arrive?

Answer

The ceremony will begin promptly at 4:30 on the Mountainside ceremony site. Please arrive no later than 4:00 to allow time to park, be shuttled up to the ceremony site, and find a seat. Due to the venue layout, all shuttles will cease operation at 4:25 and no late entry into the ceremony will be permitted.

What is the dress code?

Answer

We'd love to see our family and friends dress up with us! The dress code is formal attire. Ladies are encouraged to wear midi or long dresses (or nicer rompers), and gentlemen should wear suits. The ceremony is planned to be outside and fall weather in Colorado can be unpredictable, so make sure to bring a shawl or jacket if it is chilly.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Due to venue capacity, invites for children are limited to out of state families that are traveling for our wedding or children that are specifically mentioned in your invitation. If the children are not named in the invitation, unfortunately we cannot accommodate them. We hope you understand and enjoy the night off as we can't wait to celebrate with you!

Can I bring a plus one or guests not noted on my invitation?

Answer

Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate those guests that are formally invited on your wedding invitation. Thank you for understanding!

Is there parking for the ceremony and reception?

Answer

Yes, there is parking available onsite. However, cars cannot be left at Spruce Mountain Ranch overnight so plan accordingly. Because Larkspur is such a small town with not a lot of uber/lyft options, we are working on providing transportation for guests from the Denver Tech Area. Stay tuned!

Can I take pictures?

Answer

We kindly request that you enjoy this special moment presently with us and put away cell phones and cameras during the ceremony. We have hired an awesome team of photographers to capture our special day and we will share those photos with everyone! :) After the ceremony, we would love for you to capture our reception and encourage you to snap away!!
