When should I plan to fly in?

We are hosting a welcome event on Friday evening and would love to have you join us. This event will be casual, so you are welcome to join for the entire event. Or, you can stop by for a quick hello after landing and settling in.

Are children invited to join for the wedding?

Answer

We love your children and would love to include them. However, we have chosen to host an adults only celebration. We would recommend securing a sitter if you plan on traveling out with your children.

Will transportation be provided?

Answer

We will have a shuttle between the McDowell Mountain Marriott and Four Seasons for the Welcome Party & Wedding. More timing and details will be shared as we confirm them.

What is the requested attire for the wedding?

Black Tie Optional. Ladies, please bring a jacket or wrap for the cooler temperatures in the evening.
