Ceremony
5:00 pm - 5:30 pm
705 Front Street, Santa Cruz, CA 95060
The ceremony will begin at promptly 5pm so we ask that everyone is seated before that time. We wouldn't want anyone awkwardly trying to find a seat as Petra is having her moment!
Metered parking until 8pm. River Front Garage Parking located 155 River Street is just across the street from our venue.
Welcome Drinks After Ceremony
5:30 pm - 6:30 pm
Follow the Reverend Sam as he plays you up to this section of the Museum. Schmooze while we get our pictures taken!
There will be a few light bites in addition to sparkling Rosé and wine. Can’t wait to see you!
Dinner
6:30 pm - 7:30 pm
Find your place card at the table (no switching!!!). We'll be dining al fresco beneath cheery lights and a starlit night! The outdoor space can get a little chilly at night. Although we will have a few outdoor heaters, we recommend bringing something cozy just in case you don't enjoy the sea breeze that can make its way right up Pacific. I mean, it's Santa Cruz.
Reception
7:30 pm - 10:00 pm
We'll dance the night away inside the museum after dinner! Bring your best moves and remember, after a cocktail or two EVERYONE knows how to dance!
Feel free to bring other shoes to change into as the cocktails and dancing move on through the night. No one wants blisters because they were having fun!
Game On!
10:00 pm - 11:30 pm
For those hard core board game players (and you know who you are) once most of the sane people have gone home, we'll have board games for those who just can't get enough.
