We’ll be providing transportation from Lawrence and the hotel to all wedding events! Pickup in Lawrence: 🕐 1:30 PM from Big Lots Plaza 📍40 Jackson St, Methuen, MA Please arrive early—the bus will not wait for late arrivals. Pickup at Hilton Hotel (Foxborough): 🕑 Around 2:30 PM Guests should board between 2:30–2:45 PM. Ceremony: 🕒 Bus leaves hotel promptly at 2:50 PM for the church. The ceremony begins at 3:30 PM and ends around 4:30 PM. Reception: 🕠 After the ceremony, the bus will take everyone to Lakeview Pavilion. Cocktail hour begins at 5:30 PM. Return Trip: 🕚 At 11:00 PM, the bus will take hotel guests back to the Hilton, then continue to drop off Lawrence guests. We’ve reserved a block of rooms at the Hilton Garden Inn at Patriot Place for our wedding weekend in August 2025! To reserve a room in our block (August 7th–10th), use the link below and select “Special Rate” to enter our group code PJW. You can also call the hotel directly and ask to book under the “Pam and John Wedding Room Block." Important Note: Due to the hotel's location at Patriot Place, room availability and rates may be subject to change if a major event (such as an NFL or MLS game or a concert) is scheduled at Gillette Stadium. If this happens, the hotel will notify us at least 60 days in advance (or 5 days for postseason games) and will either offer a revised event rate or provide full refunds for any booked rooms. Valet parking charges may also apply on event nights. We’ll share any updates if needed—thank you for planning ahead!
