Saint Louis Zoo
The Saint Louis Zoo is dedicated to connecting people to animals. Annually, approximately 3 million visitors get the opportunity to experience 17,000+ animals in the Zoo’s care; many of them are rare and endangered. The Zoo is renowned for its innovative approaches to animal management, wildlife conservation, research and education. And as a free zoo, visitors are encouraged to come back again…and again!
St. Louis Union Station
Union Station is a balance of nostalgia and renovation. The stylish and sophisticated Grand Hall features elegant historic touches. The Arch
This famous monument has more to offer than the great view. Take the tram ride 630 feet to the top to see the breathtaking view. Ballpark Village
Whether you're a Cards fan or not, this favorite spot of John's offers a great time for anyone. The recent new developments have transformed it into one of the most unique city streets in all of professional sports. Estimated to be completed Spring 2020, the St. Louis ballpark village is great for if you're in the mood for great food, drinks, music, and most of all, sports!
Forest Park
Once home to the 1904 World’s Fair, Forest Park is one of the largest urban parks in the United States. It attracts 12 million visitors a year with world-class attractions and scenic walking and biking trails. Other points of interest include the Jewel Box, a beautiful greenhouse filled with magnificent floral displays, the golf courses and the World’s Fair Pavilion. This is also the location that the happy couple took their engagement photos!
Anheuser-Busch St. Louis Brewery
The St. Louis Brewery boasts an array of signature tours and attractions. With celebrated venues like The Biergarten and signature experiences like the Day Fresh and Beermaster Tours, there’s always something new to discover when you visit. The General Brewery Tour is a complimentary tour during which you will observe the entire 7-Step Brewing Process and also see the world-famous Budweiser Clydesdales.
Katy Trail
Staying an extra day? The Katy Trail is an unforgettable experience that will be well worth your while. The Katy Trail is the country's longest recreational rail trail. It runs 240 miles, largely along the northern bank of the Missouri River, and is jam-packed with beautiful scenery. Make a day of it and stop off at some of the wineries along the trail, which themselves have breathtaking views.
