Yes! A shuttle will be provided between the Graduate Hotel and the Estate at River Run so you can relax and enjoy the celebration. Shuttles will arrive at the Graduate hotel at 3:00pm and depart from the Graduate at 3:15pm. Shuttles will pick up guests after the reception from the Estate at River Run at 11:00pm and transport guest back to the Graduate hotel.
Yes, if you choose to drive, complimentary on-site parking is available at the Estate at River Run. Any vehicles left at the venue the night of the wedding can be picked up the following morning by 12pm.
Yes! We’d love to kick off the wedding weekend with you at our welcome party at the Graduate Hotel’s rooftop bar. Join us for drinks, light bites, and great company—see the Events page for details.
We would love to see our friends and family dress up with us! We kindly request Black-tie optional attire for our wedding. Tuxedos or formal suits; gowns or elegant dresses welcome. Spring colors and florals are encouraged!

We recommend arriving 20–30 minutes before the ceremony begins to allow time to park, find your seat, and soak in the beautiful surroundings.
Yes. Portions of the celebration will take place outdoors on the estate grounds.
May in Virginia is usually warm and lovely, with cooler evenings. We suggest bringing a light layer for after sunset.
