Yes, we ask that everyone comes in black tie i.e. tuxedos or dark suits for the men and floor length gowns for the women. We ask that guests avoid wearing light purple or colors reserved for the bride- cream, ivory, or white. Please keep in mind the ceremony is outdoors.
Unfortunately, we are keeping this a mostly kid-free event. Only the kids in the wedding party are invited, so we encourage everyone to treat this as a date night.
Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate additional guests, we can only accommodate those formally invited on your wedding invitation. Your invitation will be addressed as {Your Name} and {Guest} if a plus one has been given to you.
To help us with planning, we ask that you kindly RSVP by June 8, 2024. If we don't receive your RSVP by the date specified, we cannot make any exceptions and will have to mark you as a "no". We need to provide the venue with a total guest count in a timely manner, we hope you can understand.
Since the ceremony will begin promptly at 2:00 pm, we ask that you arrive by 1:30 pm to ensure that you are able to comfortably arrive on time.
If rain is in the forecast, please bring an umbrella as the ceremony will be held outdoors, rain or shine. In the event of rain, dinner will no longer be black tie- so feel free to change into dry clothing after the ceremony.
We will have a cocktail hour an hour before dinner, so feel free to attend that, or check out the beautiful city of Marquette. Please be aware that we want all guests at the reception promptly at 6pm.
There is limited street parking at the ceremony, so try and carpool, if possible. The parking should be no issue at the reception!
