If you have some spare time, the aquarium is 10 minutes away and is a great way to spend the day! John and Megan went here and had a blast. Watching the Beluga Whales get fed, was a must see, to see all of their tricks and how smart they really are!

Mystic Arts Center houses a state-of-the-art education center, five art galleries and a permanent collection on a panoramic riverfront terrace and garden area with spectacular views of the Mystic River.
If you are feeling up to doing a little bit of gambling, about 25 minutes away is Mohegan Sun.
Another closer gambling option is Foxwoods, which is about 18 minutes away from Mystic.
If you like wine as much as we do, then the Saltwater Farm Vineyard located about 8 minutes away from the Inn at Mystic is a great place to visit and have a glass!
