In order to attend our wedding you must follow the NYS regulations of being fully vaccinated or having a negative test. Your options for testing are as follows: PCR testing within 72 hours of event OR Rapid testing within 6 hours of event OR Proof of vaccination series 14 days prior to event. You must show one of the above via a printed copy of your results or photocopy of vaccination card for entry to the wedding. All guests will need to wear a mask when they are not seated, eating or drinking. We also ask everyone to continue to self monitor and if you are sick or feeling unwell, we ask that you do not attend. We greatly appreciate everyone taking precautions in your health and for others that will be attending, thank you!

There are multiple locations where you may get the testing near the venue if you google Syracuse, NY; Verona, NY; Utica, NY. WellNow Urgent Care has multiple locations nearby and does not require an appointment, and has the capacity to administer the PCR and rapid tests.
We will be providing a shuttle to the venue from our hotel, La Quinta Inn & Suites in Verona, NY, to the venue and return at the end of the reception. The hotel will have further information closer to the date. Hayloft on the Arch has plenty of parking onsite for those who are driving. Local taxis/uber/Lyft are also options.

We ask that you do not take your phone out during our ceremony. We wish for everyone to be present with us rather than viewing the ceremony through a screen. We encourage you to take as many photos you want once the ceremony is over!
