This is the link for the room block that has been set aside. Please be aware that check-in is normally not until 4pm, and the ceremony starts at 4:30. After the ceremony, we will have an hour for cocktails and socializing while the Wedding Party is taking pictures, so feel free to use that time for proper check in for night if you plan on staying. The open bar will close at 9pm, and the reception will conclude by 11pm. The cut off for our room block is Monday, August 21, 2023. If you need to book a room, please do so by this date to be included in our room block. After that date, all space will be made public.

Check-In/Out: Check-in time is any time after 4:00 PM. Early check-ins are not guaranteed. Checkout time is 11:00 AM. Pet Policy: Bay Pointe is a pet free facility. Smoking Policy: Bay Pointe is a smoke free facility. A fee of $250 cleaning fee will be charged for any odor of smoke present in your arrival date to avoid penalty of one night room.
