When should I RSVP by?

Is there a dress code?

Dressy Casual. No jeans please.

Are kids welcome?

Although we love your children, this will be an adult only celebration. We hope you can enjoy this night off!

Is there parking for the party?

Answer

There will be designated parking in the field. We ask that you please follow the signs and direction of the parking attendants. Check out the map and venue map under gallery showing the parking areas.

Will the event be outdoors?

Answer

Yes! We will have a large tent with tables and chairs but everything will be outside.

What time should I arrive?

Answer

The party will start at 5pm with cocktails being served all night. Food will be start at 6pm with dessert beginning at 7pm.

Photos and social media?

Answer

We will have a QR code for guests to scan to take and share pictures from the evening. Everyone will have access to this to enjoy all the great moments.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Please review the hotel suggestions under travel. If you’d like an Airbnb suggestion please reach out to the couple.

We will have a food truck with lots of options. Please check out the gallery for the menu options John & Madison have picked.

As much as we love making new friends, our goal is to keep our very special day as intimate as possible. We are choosing to celebrate with only our closest family and friends. Thank you for respecting our wishes.
