In case you were wondering...
Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

The dress code is Formal Attire. This means the attire should be a bit fancier than cocktail attire but not quite as formal as black-tie. For Women: A floor-length gown or a fancy cocktail dress. For Men: A tuxedo isn't required, but it can still be worn, if preferred. If men do opt for a suit, a dark suit and a nice tie will do the trick!

Question

Are you registered? Where?

Answer

We are! But since we live in a NYC apartment with approximately zero storage space, we’re skipping the traditional registry with the typical household items. Instead, we’ve set up a Honeymoon Fund through Zola to help us kick off married life with a little adventure! If you would like to contribute, you can find it under the “Registry” tab!

Question

Are kids welcome?

Answer

While we adore all the mini party guests in our lives, our wedding will be a grown-ups-only event (think late-night dancing, cocktails, and New York energy). We can’t wait to celebrate with you!

Question

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

No shuttles necessary! Our venue, Battello, is conveniently located within a 1–5 minute walk of all three of our hotel blocks. For those driving day of, there’s limited parking available at the venue (about 32 spots, first come, first served) and additional parking across the street in the garage, behind the Westin hotel. Exact address of the garage is 2 Mall Dr E, Jersey City, NJ 07310.

Question

Are there special rates for the hotels?

Answer

Yes! We have secured room blocks with special rates at three different hotels in the surrounding area. Please go to the Travel/Hotels tab for more information on how to book a room.
