A beautiful kitchen decked out with flowers, candles, and Glen Ellen vino. A huge pot of homemade Italian gravy and salad with tomatoes from our garden. A man on one knee with a ring in his hand. An overly excited and tearful woman tackles him to the ground before he can even put the ring on her finger. An immediate trip to Walgreens to buy nail polish remover. Many phone calls and face times from family and friends. And finally, a special meal shared between the newly engaged couple.
