What time should I arrive at the ceremony?
Answer
The ceremony starts promptly at 4:30, so please arrive between 4:00-4:15 so that all guests can be seated for the ceremony.

Is there a dress code?
Answer
We ask guests to dress up for the occasion! Ties and jackets for men are not required, but please refrain from wearing jeans.

Are kids welcome?
Answer
Except for immediate family, in order to allow our guests the chance to let their hair down, this will be an adults-only celebration. Thank you for your understanding!

Are the ceremony and reception in the same place?
Answer
No, the ceremony will take place at The Jewel Box in Forest Park, and the reception is at Vicia which is a short drive away. Cocktail hour at Vicia will begin at 5:30pm.

Is there parking for the ceremony and reception?
Answer
Free street parking will be available in Forest Park for the ceremony. We recommend parking on Wells Drive or McKinley Drive. For Cocktail Hour & Dinner at Vicia, guests are invited to park in the Cortex parking lot at the corner of Duncan and Boyle.

Are there hotel blocks for wedding guests to stay?
Answer
Yes, we have reserved a special rate on rooms at Courtyard St. Louis Downtown West (a Marriott Property) located at 2340 Market Street, St. Louis, MO 63103. This location is just a short drive from the ceremony, reception, and afterparty. To reserve a room, please call 800.321.2211 and reference the Quetsch/Troupis wedding room block. Please note, the cutoff for booking in this room block is September 24, 2025 and based upon availability.

Is there transportation provided?
Answer
We have no formal transportation provided, but as all locations are centrally located, we recommend carpooling, Uber, or Lyft. If you are staying at Courtyard by Marriot, overnight parking is an option there, and it is walking distance to Maggie O'Brien's.

What type of food and drinks will be served at cocktail hour and dinner?
Answer
The cocktail hour will feature passed canapés and an open bar serving beer, wine, classic cocktails, and non-alcoholic beverages. Dinner will be a seasonally-driven menu served family style for the table.

Will there be dancing at the reception?
Answer
We are not having a traditional reception with dancing at Vicia. After dinner (which should end around 9:30), if you want to continue the party with us, we'll be going to Maggie O'Brien's Irish pub a short drive away. This will be open to the public, and anyone is welcome to celebrate with us, even if you weren't at the wedding ceremony and dinner. We will have an open tab at the bar.

Is there a gift registry?
Answer
Your presence is more than enough, and there’s no expectation of gifts. However, if you’d like to contribute a gift, we welcome any support for our honeymoon fund, which you can find linked in the registry section.
