Transportation???

Answer

We have two 24 passenger vans departing from The Esmeralda Inn at 3:00pm to take you to the venue. There will be two trips back, an early and a late, to accommodate everyone’s bedtime preferences 😊. The drive is tricky, mountainous, and GPS is spotty. PLUS WE WANT YOU TO HAVE A GOOD TIME 😉 AND DON’T WANT YOU TO HAVE TO DRIVE!!! WE HAVE ROOM TO TRANSPORT 48 GUESTS!! Lastly, we can’t leave cars at the venue overnight. If we do it is an enormous pain because we have to get the owner to unlock the gate to get us back in the property in the morning. If anyone is willing and anticipates being able to drive the bride and grooms cars back to the Inn at the end of the reception let us know! 😊

What kind of alcohol will be served?

Answer

We will serve beer and wine at the wedding! We are not permitted to serve liquor at the wedding venue.

Is smoking allowed?

Answer

Yes, but ONLY in the designated area next to the restroom. If the owner sees smoking in other areas we will be heavily fined!!!
