Father of the Bride
George will always be able to humor you with a quick "dad joke". Leah credits him with teaching her the importance of patience and kindness. George has always been a great role model to Leah and has shown her the qualities of a good husband and father.
Father of the Groom
"Pops" is the person most responsible for showing John what it means to be a great husband and father. Dan has taught John the importance of hard work and perseverance. John wouldn't be where he is without the support of his parents
Mother of the Bride
Leah didn't ever want to leave her mothers side as a child, and still to this day finds comfort with her mother. Debbie and George have been married for 40 years and have been blessed with 7 children and 7 grandchildren. Debbie has shown Leah all of the qualities of a loving and nurturing mother.
Mother of the Groom
Cathy and Dan have been married for 48 years and they have been role models in showing what it takes to make a marriage successful. Cathy is a very loving mother and grandmother and she has shown John the importance of having love, compassion, and empathy for others.
Maid of Honor
Sarah has been Leah's partner in crime since the day Leah was born. They have experienced all of life's ups and downs together, and Leah is grateful to have Sarah standing next to her as she starts her new journey.
Best Man
John always looked up to Will growing up, and now John is honored to look beside him and see his brother with him in support. Will was always a great brother to John when they were children by always protecting him and looking out for his best interest.
Bridesmaid
Rebekah, Leah's oldest sister, has been married for 6 years and has 3 children. Rebekah is always quick to put a smile on your face and is a source of great advice. Leah got stand by Rebekah on her big day and is thrilled for Rebekah to do the same.
Groomsman
Colin and John go back to freshmen year of college at Ohio University. These two have grown up a lot since then, and John is fortunate to have had such a great friend along the way.
Bridesmaid
Rachel is married with a beautiful baby named George. Rachel is always one to check in with all of her siblings, even if it is just for a quick chat. She shows her compassion by always looking out for Leah's best interest. Leah loves that all of her sisters will be next to her on her big day!
Groomsman
John was fortunate enough to be the Best Man in Maxwell's wedding. Although the two didn't meet until senior year of college, they have a great friendship that is only getting stronger throughout the years.
Bridesmaid
Alex and Leah became friends while teaching together in 2016, where Alex used her outgoing personality to befriend the more introverted Leah. Alex and Leah have been besties since, along with their dogs Roxy and Chubby.
Groomsman
Mike and John first met at Ohio University during their sophomore years. Mike and John quickly became great friends and were roommates for the next two years. Along with Max and Colin, Mike and John had plenty of (mostly) memorable days in Athens. Currently, Mike lives in Cincinnati with his wife Joanna and their three beautiful children.
Bridesmaid
Lee and Dee are forever the best kind of roommates. Along with Alex, Sandra and Leah met while teaching together in 2016. They lived together for a year where they developed an unbreakable bond, and their mutual love of avocados. Leah and John are honored to have Sandra also officiating their wedding.
Groomsman
John and Al had some mutual friends growing up, but they did not get to know each other until John moved to Phoenix. Al has lived in Phoenix for nine years, and this is John's eighth year in the valley. The two were roommates in Scottsdale and have been co-workers at Sierra Linda High School for the last six years. John is grateful to have made such a great friend, co-worker, and fellow Browns Backer he can rely on in Arizona.
