Everyone is welcome to plan their stay for as long or short at they like. We have booked our cabin from 4/8-4/12. We’re excited to spend as much time with you as possible.

Transportation

Answer

We want everyone to enjoy the day and let us do the driving. We have arranged transportation to bring guests from the resort to the venue in shuttle vans. It is a 45 minute drive from Oak Haven to Pearl of the Valley. The first round of shuttle vans will depart Oak Haven at 9:00AM. We request that our family members be on the first departure. The second wave of vans will begin boarding at 10:30AM and will depart at 10:45AM. Following the reception, vans and party buses will return to the venue at 4:30PM for a 5:00PM departure. Vans will be returning guests to the resort and party buses will be taking bar crawlers to Gatlinburg. Pizza will be served on the buses. Buses will return to a designated location to begin boarding at 10:15PM for a 10:30PM departure. If you have not boarded the bus by 10:30PM, you are responsible for your own transportation back to the resort. We ask that no one drink and drive.

What to wear

While the festivities themselves will be very laid back, we do request semi-formal to cocktail attire. If you would like to coordinate with our wedding theme, we recommend black, shades ranging from blush to merlot and burgundy, and sage.

Bringing the kids

Answer

This is the perfect place for a family vacation and our wedding is no exception. Please note that following our afternoon reception, we plan to enjoy a bar crawl in Gatlinburg for the night. We will not be providing any child-care so please take this into consideration when making your plans.

Moonshiner Bar Crawl

Answer

We are looking forward to enjoying Gatlinburg following our reception while looking so pretty and dressed up. Transportation will be provided. It is important to RSVP for the crawl so that we can make the appropriate transportation arrangements. We have room for 42 people in our transport plans. While we are leaving Gatlinburg at 10:30PM, we hope to continue the quality time with you at the resort while seated around a relaxing fire or enjoying a game of cards.

Our venue does have parking on site for those who do not wish to use our shuttle service.

Cell Service

Answer

Unfortunately, there is no cell service at the venue but there may be very limited wi-fi. Please plan accordingly and enjoy a relaxing, unplugged afternoon in a beautiful setting.
