Florence Airport (FLR) is the most convenient airport to fly into. Guests may also choose to fly into other major Italian cities and travel onward to Florence by train or car, especially if planning to explore Italy beforehand.
Shuttle
September 9, 2027 1:30 pm - 2:00 pm
Complimentary shuttles will depart from central Florence at 1:30 PM and 2:00 PM on September 9th, bringing guests to Torre a Cona. Sit back, relax, and enjoy the scenic 30-minute ride from the heart of Florence to the Tuscan countryside. Once accommodations are confirmed, we will gather RSVPs for the shuttle service. Additional pickup details and exact locations will be shared closer to the date.
Hotel
All wedding events from September 9th - 11th will take place at Torre a Cona. Many of our guests will have the opportunity to stay on property and will receive a direct booking link from Torre a Cona in the coming months. For those staying at Torre a Cona, breakfast will be available each morning, and lunch will be provided on the wedding day. To ensure everyone has comfortable lodging options, we will also be offering a room block at a nearby hotel. Additional accommodation and transportation details will be shared as plans are finalized. We encourage guests to RSVP as soon as possible, as this will allow us to finalize room accommodations and give you more time to secure your stay.
