For the welcome dinner, the dress code is garden party attire. For the wedding and reception, cocktail/semi-formal attire. Keep in mind that the ceremony and reception will be held outdoors and the venue requires some walking and has uneven terrain in places. The rest of the time, wear whatever you'd like!
The safety and well-being of our guests is our top priority. We have a small guest list and will be outdoors, but we encourage all of our guests who are traveling by air to wear a face covering while traveling. Please also consider taking a rapid antigen test prior to your arrival. You can receive free at-home tests from COVID.gov/tests.
Food and drink will be provided to all guests Friday night, Saturday morning, and at our reception Saturday evening. We'll have other various snacks informally available to guests, but bring any other snacks or drinks you'd like for the remainder of the weekend! If partaking in any outdoor adventures or river wading over the weekend (we will be!), bring appropriate activewear or swimwear. It's summertime by the water! You may want to bring sunglasses, sunscreen, or bug spray.
Check-in is at 4:00pm on Friday, August 5th. Check-out is 11:00 on Sunday, August 7th.
Due to venue restrictions, our guest list is limited to invitation-only. When you RSVP, you'll be able to confirm your party size and fill out information for a plus one, if applicable. If you have any further questions, please contact us.
No, we ask that our guests please refrain from taking photos/videos during the ceremony. We have a wonderful photographer who will be capturing this moment. But feel free to take as many photos/videos as you would like before and after ceremony!
You may RSVP online through our website by clicking on the "RSVP" link in the header. From there, you can respond to both the welcome dinner as well as the ceremony and reception. Please kindly respond by June 15, 2022.
Due to the remote location of Loloma Lodge, there will not be transportation provided to and from the venue. There are also no traditional hotels nearby, and therefore no hotel block. See the travel page for further recommendations on lodging nearby, or reach out if you're planning on camping, as we would be happy to assist with logistics and provide more details.
