The dress code is comfortable. Please dress comfortably and appropriately for the occasion.

Can I take pictures during the ceremony?

We kindly request that guests do not take photos during the event. We have professional photographers to capture every moment so we can unplug and enjoy!

What happens if it rains?

Our ceremony will move indoors to the reception area if heavy rain occurs.

Will there be alcohol?

Answer

Yes, we will have an open bar for all of our guests to enjoy complimentary drinks from 5-9pm.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

There will be limited parking available at Sugar Spring Ranch. If coming from the listed hotels provided in the travel section, our venue has provided a shuttle service.

Do you have transportation from hotels?

Answer

Yes! Our venue has provided a shuttle bus to transport our guests from hotels to the venue before ceremony and reception, and then back to hotel at end of reception. Transport times include: 3-5pm and 10-11pm.

Can I bring a plus one?

Yes, you are welcome to bring a plus one! Please indicate their attendance when you RSVP.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will start at 4:30pm. Please arrive 15 minutes before the ceremony to get settled.

What if I only plan on coming to the reception?

Answer

The reception location is listed under the events tab on our website. Our reception goes from 5-10pm.

How should I RSVP?

Answer

Please mail back the RSVP card you received ASAP so we can plan accordingly! You may also RSVP on our wedding page under the RSVP section!
