There will be limited parking available at Sugar Spring Ranch. If coming from the listed hotels provided in the travel section, our venue has provided a shuttle service.
Yes! Our venue has provided a shuttle bus to transport our guests from hotels to the venue before ceremony and reception, and then back to hotel at end of reception. Transport times include: 3-5pm and 10-11pm.

The ceremony will start at 4:30pm. Please arrive 15 minutes before the ceremony to get settled.
The reception location is listed under the events tab on our website. Our reception goes from 5-10pm.
