It all started when John was living with Katie's co-worker. John was immediately drawn to Katie's energy and a similar way of talking. It took a few months, but finally Katie and John got together on September 12, 2015 at Loufest. The two had a great day that ended with fun times listening to Ludacris and sharing their favorite food, pizza. Flash forward to now having 2 dogs and a house together, John finally made things official by proposing to Katie on a sunset cruise in Thailand in February 2019. Katie and John are now looking forward to celebrating their 5 year anniversary with all their friends and family on their wedding day, September 12, 2020.
