What date should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP no later than September 1, 2024.

What type of food will be served at your wedding? Will there be meal options for guests with dietary restrictions or allergies?

Answer

Options are available when you RSVP. There is also an area to include any dietary restrictions.

Have you reserved blocks of rooms at one or more hotels?

Answer

Will there be a shuttle to and/or from the hotel(s)?

Answer

Yes. We have complimentary shuttles available at the 2 hotels we have room blocks (see Accommodations tab). If you choose to stay elsewhere, Lyft and/or Uber is a great option!

Yes, there is parking available at Vintners Resort.

What are the addresses of the wedding ceremony and reception venues? Are they wheelchair accessible?

Ceremony & Reception will both be at Vintners Resort and it is wheelchair accessible. Vintners Resort 4350 Barnes Rd. Santa Rosa, CA 95403 (800) 421-2584

Will your wedding be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The event will be primarily outdoors, with the exception of the dance floor which will be inside.

Cocktail Attire.

What is the weather like in the area?

Answer

The average October temperature in Santa Rosa ranges from a high of 82°F to a low of 47°F. October tends to be warmer in the beginning of the month, however the evenings are much cooler. We recommend bringing both your sunglasses and a sweater or shawl for the evening!

Am I allowed to bring a plus one?

Answer

We are at capacity with our venue which means we are sadly unable to accommodate additional guests. We look forward to celebrating with you on the day!

Am I allowed to bring my children?

Answer

As much as we love your little ones, we will only be having children related to the bride & groom. We hope this advance notice means you’re able to let your hair down and celebrate with us on the day!
