When and where is the wedding?
Answer
Our wedding will take place on Sunday, October 5, 2025 at the Bel-Air Bay Club (Upper Club) in Pacific Palisades, CA 📍 16801 Pacific Coast Hwy, Pacific Palisades, CA 90272 (Please use this exact address instead of "Bel-Air Bay Club" when inputting it into Google Maps, Uber, Lyft) It will be an outdoor ceremony and indoor reception.

What is the dress code?
Answer
We kindly ask guests to wear formal or semi-formal attire. Think suits, jumpsuits, cocktail dresses, or long dresses. Since it’s October in Los Angeles, the weather is typically warm during the day (mid-70s) and can cool down in the evening (high 50s to low 60s). Parts of the celebration will take place outdoors, so we recommend layers, like a light shawl or jacket, and comfortable shoes if you’ll be walking on grass.

Which airport should I fly into?
Answer
If you're flying in, the closest airport is Los Angeles International Airport (LAX), approximately 45 minutes (20 miles) from the venue. We recommend booking flights early to secure the best rates!

What address should I drive/uber/lyft to?
Answer
Please input 16801 Pacific Coast Hwy and NOT Bel Air Bay Club as there have been noted issues with rideshare maps putting the wrong pin. It should be inland of the pacific coast highway

Is there transportation to/from the venue?
Answer
While we will not be providing transportation to/from the venue, guests are encouraged to drive or carpool together! There will be parking provided at the venue, free of charge.

Yes! Parking will be included at our venue.

Will there be vegetarian/vegan/gluten free options?
Answer
Yes, we will be offering a vegetarian option for our guests. For additional dietary restrictions (ie. vegan, gluten-free) or allergies, please make sure to let us know in your RSVP so we can inform our catering team!

Can I bring a date?

Your invitation will specify if you have a plus-one. We’d love to keep the celebration intimate, so we’re limiting our guest list to those formally invited. Thank you for understanding!

Are kids welcome?
Answer
As much as we love your little ones, our wedding will be an adults-only celebration. We hope this gives parents a chance to relax and enjoy the evening!

Can I take photos during the ceremony?
Answer
Yes - guests are welcome to take photos during the ceremony. We only ask you refrain from having flash. There will be a way for you to share your photos in a shared folder during/after the wedding as well.

Where should I stay?
Answer
For out-of-town guests, popular areas near the Bel-Air Bay Club include Pacific Palisades, just minutes away; Santa Monica, about 10–15 minutes; Brentwood, nearby and quiet; and Westwood, about 15 minutes if you want to explore more of LA. October is busy with great weather, so we recommend booking early for the best rates. Parking is available at the venue, but we won’t be providing shuttle service—please plan accordingly.

There are lots of fun things to do in LA! We would recommend the Hollywood hike, Griffith Observatory, Disneyland and the Santa Monica Pier!
