The parking lot is located behind Hawley church where guests will arrive and the ceremony is being held. After the ceremony, we will transition to cocktail hour and formal dinner at the reception. There is not enough parking at the reception location, the Van Gilder family home, so to accommodate guests, a shuttle will be available throughout the evening to the parking lot until 10:30PM. The church and reception location are less than 0.5 miles away so a short 10 minute walk through a low traffic scenic neighborhood is also available. The contact for the shuttle bus will be provided on the day of the wedding located at the bar. The last shuttle of the evening will be stopping at the recommended hotel.

The ceremony is less than 0.5 miles away from the reception location so guests may walk rather than shuttle at any time. Follow the signs through Monterey circle, a very low traffic scenic neighborhood, and through a connecting driveway to the Van Gilder home. Lit signs will also be set for the dark hours. Please be cautious crossing the main road, Charmian Road, located beside the church.

We are planning for a 2026 honeymoon and are so grateful for any contributions towards this. The Registry offers guests the opportunity to contribute towards this fund rather than providing gifts. We are dreaming of a European adventure, Caribbean getaway, or a scenic city. TBD.. :)
