When is the RSVP deadline?

Please RSVP by Sunday, June 14th so we can finalize our guest count with our venue and vendors.

What time should I arrive?

Answer

The ceremony starts at 4 pm. We recommend arriving 20–30 minutes before the ceremony start time so you have time to park, find your seat, and settle in.

Our dress code is semi-formal.

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

If your invitation includes a guest, their name will be listed on your RSVP. Due to limited space, we’re only able to accommodate those listed on the invitation.

Children are welcome! Please include them when you RSVP.

Is there transportation provided?

Answer

Yes, there will be complimentary shuttle bus service to and from the venue for nearby hotels and Airbnbs. Transportation details and the shuttle schedule will be shared closer to the wedding date.

Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony and cocktail hour will be held outdoors, weather permitting. The reception will be indoors.

What food will be served?

Answer

Dinner will be buffet style with the following options: • BBQ Shredded Beef (Gluten Free, Dairy Free) • Baked Ziti (Gluten Free, Vegan) • Caesar Salad (Vegetarian) • Corn Bread (Vegetarian) • Mashed Potatoes (Gluten Free, Vegetarian) & Gravy • Sliced Watermelon (Gluten Free, Dairy Free, Vegan) Additionally, dessert and cocktail hour appetizers will be served.

Can I take photos during the ceremony?

Answer

We kindly ask guests to keep phones and cameras away during the ceremony so everyone can be fully present with us.

What should I do if I can’t attend?

Answer

We’ll miss you! Please let us know as soon as possible and RSVP “no” so we can plan accordingly.
