Do we need to select a meal ahead of time?

Answer

No. Both events will feature buffet-style dining, so there is no need to select a meal in advance. Friday's menu will include a variety of traditional Pakistani and American dishes, while Saturday's menu will feature American cuisine. If you have any dietary restrictions, food allergies, or special dietary needs, please let us know in advance.

A Nikkah is the formal, sacred marriage contract ceremony at a mosque uniting a couple as spouses in accordance with the law.

Is there a dress code for the mosque?

Answer

For those who may not be familiar with mosque etiquette, modest dress is appreciated as a sign of respect for a sacred space. This usually means clothing that covers shoulders and knees. No special attire is required beyond that. Light covering will be available at the mosque for women who may need one.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Please check the travel tab for near by hotel accommodations. Day 1 - Friday - A room block will be available with in walking distance from the venue at TBD, NJ. Day 2 - Saturday - A room block will be available with in 15 minutes driving distance from the venue.

Day 1 - Friday - Feel free to wear pakistani attire such as: Kurta Shalwar for men and Qameez Shalwar or Ghara for women Day 2 - Saturday - Please wear typical wedding attire. What ever you feel with.
