This hotel has the same owners and is located catty-corner to our wedding venue, The Ruins at the Astor. The hotel occupies a single floor of the building and has two styles of rooms that surround a shared communal area and kitchen. The smaller "cabin" rooms share the use of private single occupancy bathrooms, and the larger "suites" have a kitchenette and private en-suite bathroom. Important to note: This hotel is not ADA accessible. It is located up a flight of stairs on the second floor of the building. The Norblad Hotel offers a 10% group rate for weddings at the Ruins at the Astor.

If you are interested in low cost transportation to Astoria, the Point Bus System (NorthWest Route) provides daily bus service between downtown Portland and Astoria. This route’s modern 56-passenger buses have restrooms, free Wi-Fi, power outlets, air conditioning, space for your luggage and bike, and are wheelchair accessible.
