Yes, we respectfully request that guests 12 and over be fully vaccinated prior to our wedding or receive a negative test 48 hours prior to our wedding events. We encourage all of our guests to make a decision they feel comfortable with, and we understand if that means you cannot attend. Know that we look forward to celebrating with all of you in the future. Please note this is our current guidance, and we will continue to monitor state and local conditions and mandates and update this website with further information. No, our ceremony and reception will be indoors. While our reception does have a covered veranda, meals and dancing will be indoors.
We're so excited to see (and in some cases meet!) all the children we've invited to our wedding. However, we also understand the complications COVID introduces, and completely respect your decision of whether or not to have your children attend. At the reception we can have kids meals, booster seats, and wooden highchairs available - please reach out to us and we can share the options.
A shuttle bus will be available making trips from the hotel (Hampton Inn & Suites Victor) to the reception starting at 4pm. The shuttle will also be available from the reception back to the hotel/after party between 830 and 1130pm.
