Is there a dress code?

Answer

You know us- come as you are. Dress as formally or casually as you'd like, we are just excited to celebrate with you. This is an outdoor venue and as the sun falls, it may get cooler. Bring layers and comfortable shoes for dancing and walking around the gorgeous property.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

We wish we could have everyone join, but we are going to host an adult-only event. Thank you for understanding the constraints of the space and our budget.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

The ceremony and the reception are in the same location. If you are staying at the Courtyard Lebanon, please consider taking the bus to and from the venue. There is parking for 75 cars available.

What time should I arrive?

Answer

The ceremony will promptly begin at 4:30 so please arrive at least 15 minutes early to settle in. The cocktail hour will immediately follow the ceremony at 5:00.

What is the venue like as it is an outdoor space?

Answer

The reception area is inside a tented structure with an established floor, however it is surrounded by grass. The ceremony will be in the grass near the reception area. Please be mindful of your footwear on the grass- stilettos may not be the best option. Staff is available to assist anyone who needs transportation to and from their car, as well as assistance throughout the event space. Check out Born to Run Farm on Instagram or their website to get a feel for the venue.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Please book with our room block at the Courtyard Lebanon. There is a shuttle to and from the ceremony. If you need alternate recommendations, we can assist you.

What will the food be like?

Answer

There will be passed plates and a grazing table during cocktail hour. The reception will be small plates, stations, and more hors d'oeuvres passed during the reception. There are vegan and vegetarian options. We promise you will not leave hungry :)
