We have several options/ ideas to hopefully fit everyone’s needs: 1. Stay at the hotel block in Williston, VT: La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Williston/Burlington. A bus will pick everyone up before the ceremony and bring them back after the Reception. 2. *Camp at the “venue"* (aka Courtneys’ parents’ house) Saturday night for those attending the after party. (If you plan on doing this, please text us so we can give you more details/ help if you need any gear). Please consider staying in Williston on Friday at our room block to get ready. 3. *Rent an RV* at rvshare.com for Friday and Saturday night. Please let us know if you choose this option so we can coordinate. 4. **Stay Anywhere Else in Vermont**. Burlington, Essex, and South Burlington have plenty of hotels. Unfortunately, we won't be able to provide transportation from these hotels. 5. *Book a Local Airbnb* in Jericho, Underhill, or Cambridge. Feel free to call or text us with any questions. We'd love to help coordinate and answer any questions.

For before the ceremony and after the reception, we will have transportation between the designated hotel and venue. Otherwise, you can drive or use Uber or Lyft. We recommend scheduling a RideShare ahead of time, as options in Underhill might be limited late at night. If you’re not staying at the hotel but still want to use the shuttle instead of driving, you’re welcome to do so.
Yes, we will have a shuttle to transport guests from La Quinta Inn & Suites in Williston to and from Underhill. Pick up from the hotel to the ceremony will be at 4:15 pm. Pick up after the reception to the hotel will be at 11:00 pm and 12:30 am
The ceremony starts at 5:30 pm. We ask that you arrive no earlier than 1 hour before. Arriving at least 15 minutes early to find parking and a seat is suggested.
If your invitation specifies “guest”, then yes.
Apart from the wedding party and immediate family, we aren't able to accommodate children over the age of 3.
We’d love for our guests to dress semi-formal/cocktail attire. Men: suit or sports jacket with dress shirt Ladies: knee-length or longer dress, pant suit, or dressy separates Color encouraged!
Our wedding Ceremony and Cocktail Hour will be held outdoors. Our Reception will be held inside a tent. Please dress accordingly.
Yes, there will be an After Party! We encourage guests to stay and continue the fun after the official reception ends. There will be a late night shuttle at 1 am back to the hotel. If you are not staying at the hotel, you can still ride the shuttle to the hotel and uber from there. Another option, although limited availability, is you can order an uber to pick you up in Underhill. Otherwise, you're welcome to tent out!
