There is a limited number of guests who are able to stay on site. Your invitation will have a separate on-site lodging paper if we are able to accommodate you.
We have the ranch booked for the entire weekend. You are welcome to come use any of the many amenities throughout the weekend. We would love to see as much of you as possible.
**There is an HEB Grocery Store 13 minutes from The Cedars Ranch that also does delivery for about $8 for food, beer, and wine for any food or drink that you need outside of what is provided** Friday: -BBQ, beer, and wine will be provided during the Welcome Party from 6:30-8:30 PM. If you would like to continue the party after 8:30 PM you're welcome to continue hanging out, and please bring additional beverages for yourself. Saturday: -Light bite breakfast (muffins, bagels) will be set out for those staying on site. If you need a heartier breakfast, we suggest ordering groceries from HEB. -There will be a food truck on site from 11-1 for any guest to purchase food from, if you choose to hang out at the ranch during the day. -There will be appetizers, dinner, and an open bar following the ceremony. -If you would like to continue the party after the reception ends, at 10:30 PM, please bring additional beverages for yourself. Sunday -Light bite breakfast (muffins, bagels) will be set out for those staying on site. If you need a heartier breakfast, we suggest ordering groceries from HEB.
There is plenty of parking in a gravel lot at The Cedars Ranch.
The Cedars Ranch is about equidistant between San Antonio and Austin, so pick what is best for you.

You can get as on-theme or not as you'd like. Women: Think cowboy boots, cowboy hats, dresses, skirts, fun belts, etc. Men: Think cowboy boots, cowboy hats, bolo ties, pants, button-up shirts, etc.
If you’re interested in booking a ride ahead of time for those staying onsite, Rides by Marti is offering $80 per ride (not per person). Each car can hold 4 people some can stretch to 5 or 6.
