Will there be transportation provided to the wedding?
Answer
Yes! Shuttles will arrive at both Hilton Tru OneLoudoun and Springhill Suites each at 3:00pm, and depart at 3:15pm to head to Kalero Vineyard. There is also parking onsite at Kalero Vineyard available for anyone driving there. At 10:00pm, Shuttles will arrive to take guests back to Hilton Tru OneLoudoun or Springhill Suites. Both shuttles will stop at the after party for those who wish to keep celebrating with us (at City Tap Loudoun)!

Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?
Answer
Weather permitting, the ceremony will be held outdoors to take advantage of the beautiful scenery. The reception will take place indoors, with access to lovely outdoor patios for mingling and enjoying the views.

What should I know about the venue?
Answer
The ceremony will take place on a grassy area just outside the venue building. We recommend wearing or bringing shoes that are comfortable for walking on grass to ensure you can fully enjoy the day.
