Question

What do I do if I am worried about COVID?

Answer

We are continuing to monitor the current COVID situation closely, and will have appropriate COVID precautions in place. We encourage all of our guests to be vaccinated, to help protect all of our loved ones that we want to celebrate this special moment with!

Is there a dress code or limitations?

Answer

Please dress to impress as this will be a black tie event, meaning the most formal attire. Think gala or ball dress attire- typically tuxes for men and a gown/floor length dress for women. We have also gotten questions about what colors are "off limits". Since our wedding party will be wearing a dark emerald green and red is the Chinese traditional color worn by brides, we would prefer that our guests reserve those 2 colors (in addition to white) for the bride and wedding party.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Since we are making this a more intimate wedding with our family and close friends, we will be limiting the number of guests invited. No dates allowed unless specifically indicated.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Although we love kids, we are unable to have kids at this event.

So what do I do with my kids?????

Answer

Although we are unable to have children at our event, we highly recommend checking out Local Nanny Network. They have a great reputation of a team of highly experience nannies, many with additional education and certifications in pediatric subspecialties. What time should I arrive for the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will be starting at 4:30 PM, SHARP. Please arrive early enough (4-4:15) in order to be seated prior to 4:20 PM.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes! There will be plenty of parking available (50 spots). However, please do NOT drink and drive! We are happy to provide guest transportation to/from designated pick up spots (like the hotels) and the wedding venue!

If I drink too much at the open bar, how will I get home?

Answer

We want to have fun, and want all of our guests to enjoy themselves too! Please do NOT drink and drive! We will be providing transportation to and from the event. Please arrive to the checkpoints early (at least 10-15 min in advance) as the drivers will be on a strict schedule. The departure location & times will be posted on this website 1-2 months prior to the wedding. Please check back for more details!

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Yes, please let us know if you have any food allergies or dietary restrictions so we can make appropriate arrangements!
