Dana Point Harbor
The perfect place to grab a coffee and go for a morning walk. You can also stop by the Wind N Sea for waterfront dining and a Mai Tai!
Laguna Beach
Only about a 10-15 minute drive from Dana point, Laguna is the epitome of Southern California charm. Take a walk around downtown Laguna and you’ll find plenty of cute shops and places to grab lunch or a drink!
San Clemente Beach Trail
Grab a coffee from Bear Coast at the pier and walk along the beach trail! You can get on the trail at the San Clemente Pier or at the Metrolink San Clemente station. From Dana point, the Metrolink station will be your closest entrance. Head south on PCH to Avenida Estacion and take a right. There will be a parking lot on the left side and the trail entrance will be just past the train station at North Beach.
Avenida Del Mar
This is downtown San Clemente’s Main Street! Lots of small business and surf shops to check out as well as food and drink options. If you continue down the whole street you will end at the San Clemente pier and beach.
Dana Point Lantern District
This street is the heart of downtown Dana Point and walking distance from the Marriott! Lots of restaurants, shops and galleries to check out, and all within walking distance from each other. Our welcome party is being hosted across the street from the Lantern District sign on PCH.
