Yes. We are hoping for great Wisconsin summer weather, but please keep in mind that the ceremony is outside near Lake Michigan so there may be a breeze. A sailcloth tent will be in place on the lawn with open sides and tables will be socially distanced. The band will set up in the barn (visible to those in the tent) with plenty of room for socially distanced dancing - the barn is also open on the main side facing Lake Michigan.
For those staying at The American Club or the Inn on Woodlake, we will be providing a shuttle to and from the venue on Saturday evening. When you check in to the hotel, the front desk will have information on shuttle times. Destination Kohler also provides a separate shuttle service between all of its properties which all guests can utilize. We would not recommend driving to the reception, although parking will be available.
We recommend booking travel as soon as you are able! Summer at Kohler is very busy with golf, especially with the Ryder Cup coming up this September.
We have listed a few restaurants in the "Things To Do" section. There are options both in Kohler and the nearby town of Sheboygan. We recommend guests book any dinner reservations for Friday night (June 11) well in advance.
