Transportation Starts
1:30 pm - 2:30 pm
Transportation will be provided. We have rented a school bus to take you to and from the ceremony. Pick up and drop off locations are the Park & Ride off of Exit 7 I-89 (335 Paine Tpke N - across from the Berlin Volunteer Fire Department) and the Comfort Inn & Suites, both located in Berlin, Vermont. Please only park at the Comfort Inn & Suites if you are planning on lodging here (indicate in your RVSP if you intend to stay here to help us plan). The first bus will leave these locations around 1:45pm and arrive to our home at 2pm. The bus will pick up the last round of guests by 2:30pm and arrive to our home by 2:40pm. Please wait for the bus outside, be on time and plan accordingly! Parking at our home is not an option as space is extremely limited. That said, if you have a mobility issue or other concern with taking the bus, please get in touch with us. We will make sure you can get here.
Wedding Ceremony
3:00 pm - 3:30 pm
Our wedding will be rustic and cottagecore-inspired, set in the charm of our Vermont backyard. We invite you to dress in semi-formal attire with a relaxed, romantic feel—think garden party meets forest fairytale. Since we’ll be on grass, we recommend comfortable shoes (no stiletto heels, please!). The tent will be heated, but Vermont weather in late September can be unpredictable. Bring layers!
Reception & Potluck Dinner
3:30 pm - 11:00 pm
We’re doing a potluck-style wedding! We’ll take care of the main entrée, and in lieu of gifts, we’re asking guests to help round out the meal by bringing an appetizer, side, or drinks (alcoholic & non-alcoholic). Bring enough to share between 5-7 people. Please indicate which category of dish you plan to bring. We also want to be mindful of food allergies and dietary needs. When you bring your dish, please label it if it's gluten-free, nut-free, vegetarian, vegan, or if it contains common allergens like eggs or dairy. This will help us make sure everyone can enjoy the meal safely.
Transportation Ends
11:00 pm
Transportation back to your car will run every half hour after dessert (around 7:30pm). If you need to leave earlier than this, get in touch with us. Last bus leaves Hill Street at 11pm. Please make sure not to miss it, or you'll be after-partying with our tent guests. Drive home safely!

Next Day BBQ

If you’re able to join us, feel free to stop by anytime—no formal schedule, just good food and relaxed company.
We would love to see anyone who can make it for a little post-wedding celebration BBQ on Saturday. No expectations to attend, however if you've traveled far and want to spend some extra time while you're here, please stop by! Transportation will NOT be provided for this gathering, and parking is limited. We’ll do our best to accommodate everyone, but we appreciate your understanding! Bring a lawn chair, snacks & drinks, and whatever you need to have some fun! We hope to see you there!
