We are getting married!

From John: I remember very distinctly the moment I set eyes on her and I immediately thought that she was the most beautiful girl and just had to go and meet her. She was bouldering at the time and I really don't like to because they are short and I prefer the tall climbs with the ropes but I made an exception just so I could strike up a conversation with her. After talking for a while I asked her if she wanted me to teach her how to ''belay'' and climb using the ropes! She said she had done it before but it had been a while and she could use a refresher. It was super cute teaching and watching her re-learn to tie her ''figure eight knot''. She was a natural and picked it up right away. We hit it off from the start and I gave her some tips to help improve her climbing. We continued to climb throughout the next few weeks and eventually I summoned up the courage to take her out for the first time and the rest is history! From Britney: I started climbing at Rocksport shortly after I started my nearby job. I started going regularly after work and would climb on my own in various areas of the gym. One day, Johnny approached me and started climbing nearby, being goofy and hanging upside down from his toes. His smile was so cute, I instantly felt drawn to get to know him better. We started climbing together and I started getting to know him. He had a calm, steady, goofy way about him that I found easy to be around. I also started climbing with his friends, and we all got along great. I changed my climbing days to be around them more! Then, around the holidays, John wanted to bring me some leftovers from his family's homemade holiday meal, since he knew my family had recently moved and was thinking of me during the holidays. I don't turn down food and was touched he wanted to do that. However, I gave him the right address but the GPS brought him to the same address in a different town, over an hour detour away. He still came, even though I told him I understood if he wanted to reschedule. He dropped off the leftovers, and we went on our first date to see Mufasa at the movies not too long after that :)
