When do I need to book my room by?

Answer

Please plan to book your room by early December. We recommend booking as early as possible to secure your preferred room type and travel dates, as availability may become limited as we get closer to the wedding.

What if I don't see the room/dates I want?

Answer

No worries! Please don’t book through another website if you don’t see the room type or dates you’re looking for. Just reach out to our travel agent, Amanda, and she’ll be happy to help find and book the room and dates that work best for you. Her email is a.eicher@magicalcompassvacations.com

Do I need to book my flight with my room?

Answer

Nope! You have the freedom to book your flights through whichever site or airline works best for you. When booking your room through our travel website, just select “Contracted Groups Flight and Hotel” and switch it to “Contracted Groups Hotel Only.” We also recommend setting up a flight price tracker so you can keep an eye on fares and book when you find the best deal.

Can I stay longer or shorter than the wedding dates?

Answer

Yes! You are welcome to stay for as long or as little as you’d like. Whether you want to make it a quick trip or turn it into a longer vacation, you can choose the dates that work best for you. If you don’t see the dates you’re looking for on the booking site, please reach out to our travel agent, Amanda, and she’ll be happy to help.

Can I book my reservation somewhere else?

Answer

Because we have a room block set up through our travel agent, we kindly ask that all guests book their rooms through our wedding travel link/Amanda. This helps us keep everyone together and ensures your reservation is included with our wedding group.

Will airport transfer be provided?

Answer

Transportation is not included, but our travel agent, Amanda, can help you set up airport transportation to and from the resort. You are also welcome to book transportation on your own through whichever company or service works best for you.

When should I arrive?

We recommend arriving no later than Monday, May 10th so you have plenty of time to settle in and avoid any issues with potential travel delays before the wedding on Tuesday, May 11th. We will also be having a welcome cocktail party on Sunday evening, but it is completely optional — so no pressure if your travel plans don’t line up with that!

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Our dress code is Beach Formal. We’d love for everyone to dress up with the tropical setting in mind. Think lightweight suits, dress shirts, linen, midi or maxi dresses, dressy jumpsuits, and elevated resort-style attire. Please avoid casual beachwear such as shorts, casual sundresses, flip-flops, t-shirts, or cover-ups.

Are kids invited?

While we love all of the little ones in our lives, we are only able to accommodate the guests specifically named on your invitation. Thank you so much for understanding and helping us celebrate!
