Yes, there is plenty of field parking with attendants and golf cart assistance

What time should I arrive?

Answer

We are having a wine greeting starting at 4:30pm so feel free to arrive early to enjoy a drink on us and sign our guestbook. The time for the ceremony is at 5pm so we ask that you arrive with enough time to park and find a seat by 4:50pm

Only named guests are invited to the ceremony and reception

Is there transportation to and from the hotel to the ceremony?

Answer

Yes, there will be a bus from downtown Boise at our hotel block to the venue. It is about a 40-minute ride. There are not any ubers by the venue.

Will there be other events to attend on the wedding weekend?

Answer

All of our guests are invited to join us for welcome drinks on the evening before our wedding at Payette Brewery at 7:30pm. Additionally, join us the day after at 12 and float the river! Bring your swimsuit! They do not take reservations, it is first come first serve basis.

The ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception will be outdoors

Can we take photos during the ceremony?

Answer

We’ve hired a photographer and we’d love to have photos with no phones or devices in them. Please join us for an unplugged ceremony

What should I expect after the ceremony?

Answer

After the ceremony, the family of the couple will be taking pictures. There will be a cocktail hour with appetizers before dinner and dancing begins
